CANADIA

Found out about a month ago that I've been accepted for my exchange to Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, Canada. Soooooo bloody excited of course but I haven't really had the time to adjust to the idea because because everything has been so sudden! Had so much to organise like accommodation, flights, permits blah blah blah. It feels like I've been so focused on all the things I have to do before I go I didn't how soon it actually was, and now I've only got 15 days before my flight, OH MY GOD!

End of Semester

Verrrrry long time since last post. Been so busy organising various things and finishing work for uni I've barely had time to think. I created a pair of curtains for my finished piece, got pretty mixed feedback from my tutors, but I felt like I worked hard on it and I was pretty happy with how is looked. There were three layers to the curtains, the top was hand cut pattern to allow you to see through to the second layer which I had sewn the silk etching prints I'd made and finally underneath that some embroidered words from a poem.
